About allowances for qualification category to teachers of the general education organizations

For the purpose of enhancement of wages system of employees of the educational organizations and material stimulation of pedagogical workers in increase in professionalism and quality of education of pupils, according to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About education", articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Establish the size of the monthly allowance for qualification category to the salary of teachers of the general education organizations:

- for the highest category - 5000 som;

- for the first category - 3000 som;

- for the second category - 2000 som.

2. To the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic to provide in the republican budget of funds for payment of the allowance for qualification category to the salary of teachers of the general education organizations according to the request of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic for the corresponding year.

3. Ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of 30.09.2019 No. 511.

4. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic of 30.03.2022 No. 181

5. To the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic to carry out explanatory work among teachers of the general education organizations for application of this resolution to six-months time.

6. To impose control of execution of this resolution on department of education, culture and sport of Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic.
