According to part 2 of article 5 of the Federal law "About the Public Company "Fund of Development of the Territories" and about Modification of Separate Legal Acts of the Russian Federation" Government of the Russian Federation decides:

Approve the requirement to the level of credit rating on national rating scale to which there shall correspond the credit institution in which money of the compensation fund created according to the Federal Law "About the Public Company "Fund of Development of the Territories" and about Modification of Separate Legal Acts of the Russian Federation" and case in case of which the specified requirement is not applied is considered.
