About recognition voided some presidential decrees of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1) the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 24, 2013 No. 555 "About some questions of elections of akims of the cities of district value, rural districts, settlements and villages of the Republic of Kazakhstan which are not part of the rural district" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2013, No. 28, the Art. 424);
2) the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 9, 2014 No. 792 "About modification and amendments in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 24, 2013 No. 555 "About some questions of elections of akims of the cities of district value, rural districts, settlements and villages of the Republic of Kazakhstan which are not part of the rural district" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan 2014, No. 25, the Art. 192);
3) the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 11, 2016 No. 164 "About modification and amendments in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 24, 2013 No. 555 "About some questions of elections of akims of the cities of district value, rural districts, settlements and villages of the Republic of Kazakhstan which are not part of the rural district" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2016, Art. No. 1-2 2).
