On the basis lit.s) h 1) to Art. 133 of the Tax code No. 1163-XIII of April 24, 1997, provisions of the Order GGNI No. 1387 of December 14, 2016 about the organization of administration of large taxpayers (legal entities) I ORDER:
1. Approve the List of business entities – the large taxpayers (legal entities) for 2017 selected according to the Criteria approved by the Order GGNI on the organization of administration of large taxpayers No. 1387 of December 14, 2016.
2. To management of clerical work and archiving to bring this order to the attention of all territorial state tax authorities and structural divisions of the State Tax Administration, and to Head department of large taxpayers of GGNI to inform all corresponding taxpayers.
3. This order becomes effective since January 1, 2017.
