Article 1. Administrative supervision of law-enforcement bodies of persons exempted from organizations on execution of the punishment represents package of measures of educational and preventive impact and consists in application to persons under surveillance of the restrictions provided by this Law.
Article 2. Main objective of administrative supervision is the prevention of returns to crime from previously convicted, forming at them positive social orientation.
Article 3. Establishment and implementation of administrative supervision shall not violate other rights and legitimate interests of the person under surveillance, degrade its human dignity, compromise on place of employment, study and residence.
Article 4. Administrative supervision is established concerning full age persons:
a) offenders to imprisonment for serious crimes or offenders two and more times for any intentional crimes if their behavior during serving sentence demonstrates persistent unwillingness to follow way of correction and familiarizing with fair labor life;
b) offenders to imprisonment for serious crimes or offenders two and more times for any intentional crimes if they after punishment departure systematically disturb the public peace and legitimate interests of citizens, despite the warning of law-enforcement bodies of the termination of antisocial conduct of life.
c) especially serious crimes judged to imprisonment for making;
Article 5. The following restrictions can be applied to persons concerning whom administrative supervision is established:
a) prohibition of withdrawal from the house (apartment) in the time of day determined by law-enforcement bodies;
b) prohibition of stay in certain Items of the area (city);
