About modification and amendments in the Labor code of the Republic of Moldova No. 154/2003

For the purpose of ensuring transposition of the Directive of Council 97/81/EC of December 15, 1997 concerning the Framework agreement on part-time employment signed between UNICE, CEEP and ETUC published in the Official magazine of the European Communities (JOCE) L 14 of January 20, 1998, the Directive of Council 2001/23/EU of March 12, 2001 about rapprochement of the legislation of state members concerning protection of the rights of workers in cases of the transfer of the companies, business or the part of the company or business published in the Official magazine of the European Communities (JOCE) L 82 of March 22, 2001, the Directive of the European Parliament and Council 2002/14/EC of March 11, 2002 about establishment of general framework for informing and consultation of employees of the European Community, published in the Official magazine of the European Communities (JOCE) L 80 of March 23, 2002, and also partially Directives of Council 92/85/EEC of October 19, 1992 about introduction of measures to helping improvement of safety and the occupational health of pregnant women and also which recently gave rise and feeding female workers (the tenth separate directive within interpretation of Article 16 (1) Directives 89/391/EEC) published in the Official magazine of the European Communities (JOCE) L 348 of November 28, 1992

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

In the Labor code of the Republic of Moldova No. 154/2003 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2003, Art. No. 159-162, 648), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes and additions:
