About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About telecommunications"

40.3.5-1. the data established by relevant organ of the executive authority of the Azerbaijan Republic;

40.3.5-2. note about prohibition on transfer of the identification module (sim card and so forth) the subscriber to other persons in permanent use, and also in lease for the purpose of receipt of the permanent income (profit);

40.3.5-3. note about need of immediate informing relevant organ of the executive authority by physical persons and legal entities in case of theft and loss of the identification module (sim card and so forth) the subscriber and the mobile phone;

40.3-1. The agreement shall be signed in state language of the Azerbaijan Republic, and the copy of the document of the identity certificate with the subscriber's photograph shall be attached to this agreement (in case of the conclusion of the contract with the legal entity - the user physical person).
