In the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About wine growing and winemaking" (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2002, No. 1, Article 3; 2003, No. 1, Article 15, No. 12, (I book), Article 674; 2005, No. 4, Article 278; 2007, No. 5, Article 397, No. 10, Article 938; 2008, No. 12, Article 1044; 2013, No. 11, Article 1291) to make the following changes:
1. Add with Article 10.5 of the following content:
"10.5. In production of wine-making products it is not allowed to use genetically modified plants, or materials of the agricultural plants created by modern biotechnological methods and methods of genetic engineering.".
2. Add Article 20.3 with the second offer of the following content:
"In Azerbaijani the Republic it is forbidden to import the wine-making products made with use of genetically modified plants, or materials of the agricultural plants created by modern biotechnological methods and methods of genetic engineering.".
3. In Article 21.4.5 after the words "in case of discrepancy" to add with the words "or in case of production with use of genetically modified plants, or materials of the agricultural plants created by modern biotechnological methods and methods of genetic engineering".
4. At the end of Article 22.2.8 to replace point with semicolon and to add with Article 22.2.9 of the following content:
"22.2.9. if in structure genetically modified plants, or the materials of agricultural plants created by modern biotechnological methods and methods of genetic engineering are used.".
