About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About procedure for conducting checks of subjects of entrepreneurship"

Article 1.

Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About procedure for conducting checks of subjects of entrepreneurship" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2007, No. 5, the Art. 463) the following changes:

Paragraph two of part 4 of Article 12 to declare 1) invalid;

2) regarding the 2nd Article 17:

a) to state the paragraph of the eighth in the following edition:

"-appeal the decision on prolongation of term of conducting check according to the procedure, stipulated by the legislation the Kyrgyz Republic about bases of administrative activities and ministerial procedures;";

b) add part with the paragraph the ninth the following content:

"-appeal result of check according to the procedure, stipulated by the legislation the Kyrgyz Republic about bases of administrative activities and ministerial procedures;";

Paragraph two of Article 19 to state 3) in the following edition:

"Actions of the checking official and the decision of authorized body can be appealed according to the procedure, stipulated by the legislation Kyrgyz the Republic about bases of administrative activities and ministerial procedures. In case of disagreement with the decision according to the administrative claim the subject of entrepreneurship has the right to take a legal action.".

Article 2.

This Law becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
