About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About free economic zones in the Kyrgyz Republic"

Article 1.

Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About free economic zones in the Kyrgyz Republic" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2014, No. 1, the Art. 6) the following changes:

Shall be replaced with words 1) in part 8 of Article 6 of the word of "domestic and foreign goods" "foreign goods and goods of the Eurasian Economic Union";

3) in Article 11:

b) in part 13 of the word of Customs union shall be replaced with words Eurasian Economic Union;

Shall be replaced with words 4) in part 10 of Article 12 of the word of Customs union Eurasian Economic Union;

5) in Article 14:

a) in all text of Article of the word of Customs union shall be replaced with words Eurasian Economic Union;

b) in parts 12 of the word "Customs Declaration of Goods" and the word "is made" to replace respectively with the words "The Customs Transactions Connected with Goods Placement under Customs Procedures" and the word "are made".

Article 2.

This Law becomes effective from the date of entry into force of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About bases of administrative activities and ministerial procedures".
