Article 1
In the article 90-1 "Regulations on Service in Migratory Bodies", No. 930-IIIQ approved by the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic of December 4, 2009 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2009, No. 12, Article 972; 2010, No. 4, Article 273, No. 5, Article 385; 2011, No. 4, Article 271; 2012, No. 5, Article 412, No. 11, Articles 1042, 1050; 2013, No. 3, Article 228, No. 12, Article 1468; 2016, No. 6, Article 985) to make the following changes:
1.1. in the first offer of the word of "employees of migratory bodies" shall be replaced with words "employees of relevant organs of the executive authority", shall be replaced with words the words "into the account of relevant organ of the executive authority" "into accounts of relevant organs of the executive authority";
1.2. in the second offer the word of "means" shall be replaced with words "distributions of means and them".
This Law becomes effective since May 1, 2017.
