1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of regulatory legal acts in the field of subsurface use" of December 14, 2012 No. 834 the following changes:

in Regulations on the procedure and conditions of holding the auction on mineral right approved by the above-stated resolution:

- the ninth Item 2 to state the paragraph in the following edition:

- state Item 65 in the following edition:

"65. Final price of object of auction, less the amount of bonus and the price of packet of geological information, is distributed in the following procedure: 93 percent are transferred in the income of the republican budget, 7 percent - in the income of the local budget in the location of object of subsoil. Transfer of the above-stated means in the local budget is made after the solution of question of allocation to the winner of auction who obtained the license in use of the parcel of land or consent on work in cases, stipulated by the legislation the Kyrgyz Republic.".
