About approvals of the Procedure for registration, issue and prolongation of effective period of the certificate of the refugee
For the purpose of ensuring certification of the refugee, in pursuance of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine "About approval of the Regulations on the certificate of the refugee" of October 11, 2002 I ORDER to N1527 (with changes):
1. Approve the Procedure for registration, issue and prolongation of effective period of the certificate of the refugee (further - the Procedure) it (is applied).
2. Bring in Item 6 of the Temporary instruction on document creation, necessary for the solution of question of provision, the loss, deprivation of the status of the refugee approved by Goskomnatsmigration's order of Ukraine of April 29, 2002 N 20, of Ukraine registered in the Ministry of Justice on May 11, 2002 for N422/6710, the following changes:
recognize invalid subitems 6. 2, 6.3;
with respect thereto subitems 6. 6.5 to consider 4, subitems 6. 2, 6.3 respectively.
3. To provide to the deputy head of department for refugees and migration Fandikova T. E. state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
4. Managing affairs - to the chief accountant Denza L. P. provide managements (departments) of migratory service in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, areas, the cities of Kiev and Sevastopol with the necessary number of forms of the statement questionnaire and the made stamps concerning continuation of effective period of the certificate of the refugee and issue of the travel document of the refugee for trip abroad.
5. To provide to the head of department of personnel Grishko L. S. bringing the order to data of heads of managements (departments) of migratory service in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, areas, the cities of Kiev and Sevastopol in five-day time after its introduction in force.
