According to Item 19 of the Regulations on procedure for provision of soft long-term loans to young families and lonely young citizens on construction (reconstruction) and acquisition of housing approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 29, 2001 N584 (with changes), I ORDER:

1. Approve the Instruction about procedure for determination of benefit in provision of soft long-term loans to young families and lonely young citizens on construction (reconstruction) and acquisition of housing which is applied.

2. To department of youth policy (Yarema O. Y.) provide state registration of this order according to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of October 3, 1992 to N493/92 "About State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts of the Ministries and Other Executive Bodies" (with changes).

3. I reserve control over the implementation of the order.
