About introduction of amendments to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 413

Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 413 "About approval of the Procedure for provision of participant status of fighting to persons who protected independence sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine and were directly involved in anti-terrorist operation, ensuring its carrying out" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 73, Art. 2068; 2015, No. 50, Art. 1600; 2016, No. 35, Art. 1360, No. 68, Art. 2281; 2017, No. 38, the Art. 1204) changes which are applied.

Approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 11, 2017 No. 762
1. To add Item 2 of the resolution with the paragraph of the following content:
"The procedure for maintaining the unified register of participants of anti-terrorist operation and category of persons, information on which is entered in the register, are determined by the Ministry of social policy.".
2. Paragraph two of Item 9 of the Procedure for provision of participant status of fighting to persons who protected independence sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine and were directly involved in anti-terrorist operation, ensuring its carrying out approved by the specified resolution to state in the following edition:
"Public service for veterans of war and participants of anti-terrorist operation provides functioning and maintaining the unified register of participants of anti-terrorist operation.".
