About modification of some regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine

According to the Budget code of Ukraine, the Law of Ukraine of March 23, 2017 to No. 1982-VIII "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning use of seals by legal entities and physical persons - entrepreneurs", to the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 375, I order:

1. Approve Changes in the Procedure for opening and closing of accounts in national currency in bodies of the Public treasurer service of Ukraine approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of June 22, 2012 No. 758, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 18, 2012 at No. 1206/21518 (with changes) which are applied.

2. Bring in the Procedure for treasurer servicing of the government budget on expenses approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of December 24, 2012 No. 1407, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 17, 2013 at No. 130/22662 (with changes), the following changes:

The Section I to add 1) with new Item of the following content:

"1.6. For receivers of budgetary funds which are subjects of managing the organizations, use of seal according to the legislation is not obligatory.";

2) in the Section XI:

the first offer of paragraph one of Item 11.7 after the words "and impress of a seal of organization to samples" to add with words "(if card with specimen signatures and impress of a seal contains impress of a seal)";
