About modification of the Procedure and calculation of expenses of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits on content and sale of pledged property

According to Item 10 parts one of article 12 of the Law of Ukraine "About system of guaranteeing household deposits", for the purpose of implementation of requirements of paragraph two of part three of article 52 of the Law of Ukraine "About system of guaranteeing household deposits" the executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits SOLVED:

1. Make to the section II of the Procedure and calculation of expenses of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits on content and sale of the mortgage property approved by the decision of executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits of February 11, 2016 No. 138, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 4, 2016 for No. 353/28483, such changes:

Paragraph one of Item 1 to state 1) in the following edition:

"1. Expenses of Fund which are refunded to Fund include direct and indirect expenses of Fund, in particular:";

2) in Item 2:

the paragraph one to state in the following edition:

"2. The expense level of Fund which are compensated to Fund depends on type of pledged property of insolvent bank or the liquidated bank which is implemented, namely:";

subitem in paragraph one to replace 1 figure and the word "3 percent" with figures and the word "7,0 of percent";

3 figures and the word "percent 1,5" to replace 3) in the subitem with figure and the word "7 percent".

2. To provide to department of strategy and normative and methodological providing together with legal department submission of this decision to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine for state registration.
