About introduction of amendments to orders of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine of February 11, 2016 No. 84 and of October 7, 2016 No. 1050

According to the subitem 6 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Health of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 25, 2015 No. 267, for the purpose of settlement of selection process of medicines in the National list of the main medicines and optimization of activities of expert committee on selection and use of the main medicines I order:

1. Approve Changes in Regulations on the National list of the main medicines and the Regulations on expert committee on selection and use of the main medicines approved by the order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine of February 11, 2016 No. 84, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 18, 2016 for No. 258/28388, No. 259/28389, which are applied.

2. Make changes to the Regulations on implementation of selection of medicines for entering into the National list of the main medicines approved by the order of the Ministry of health protection of Ukraine of October 7, 2016 No. 1050, registered on October 24, 2016 at No. 1390/29520, having been reworded as follows it which is applied the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. To provide to management of pharmaceutical activities and quality of pharmaceutical products submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister Ilik R. R.

5. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
