According to Item 38 parts two of Article 7 and Item 13 of article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "About state regulation of the security market in Ukraine", the Law of Ukraine "About depositary system of Ukraine", the Law of Ukraine of March 23, 2017 "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning increase in level of corporate management in joint-stock companies" the National commission on securities and the stock market SOLVED No. 1983-VIII:
1. Approve Changes in the Regulations on implementation of depository activity approved by the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of April 23, 2013 No. 735, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 27, 2013 at No. 1084/23616 (with changes) (further - changes) which are applied.
2. To Central Securities Depository, depository institutions to bring the internal documents into accord with Changes no later than three months from the date of entry into force of this decision.
3. To provide to department of methodology of regulation of professional participants of the security market (I. Kurochkin) submission of this decision on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
4. (A. Yushkevich) to provide to management of international cooperation and communications publication of this decision in the official printing publication of the National commission on securities and the stock market.
5. To provide to department of information technologies (E. Fomenko) promulgation of this decision on the official website of the National commission on securities and the stock market.
