About approval of Changes in the List of documents which are filed to the lessor for the conclusion of the lease agreement of the property relating to state-owned property

According to article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "About lease of the state-owned and utility property", for the purpose of reduction of the regulatory legal act of Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine in compliance with requirements of the legislation of Ukraine I order:

1. Approve Changes in the List of documents which are filed to the lessor for the conclusion of the lease agreement of the property relating to state-owned property, approved by the order of Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine of February 15, 2013 No. 201, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 1, 2013 for No. 346/22878, which are applied.

2. To submit to department of the rent relations this order on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.

3. With I LIE to department of communication providing, work also orders state-owned property to provide in accordance with the established procedure placement of this order on the website of Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine.

4. I reserve control of execution of this order.

5. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
