In paragraph one of Item 20 of the Regulations on the state monitoring system of the environment approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 30, 1998 No. 391 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1998, No. 13, Art. 495; 2011, No. 67, the Art. 2572) to replace the word of Ministry for Protection of the Environment and Natural Resources with the word "GSChS".
2. According to the procedure of establishment of conservation zones around the objects intended for hydrometeorological observations and other types of hydrometeorological activities, and the mode of their use, No. 2262 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 11, 1999 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1999, No. 50, Art. 2455; 2012, No. 55, Art. 2213; 2015, No. 46, Art. 1472):
in paragraph one of item 4 of the word "Ministry of Emergency Situations or It" shall be replaced with words "GSChS or it";
in the text of the Procedure to replace the word of Ministry of Emergency Situations with the word "GSChS".
