1. Approve Changes in the Code of the data which are the state secret, No. approved by the order of the Security Service of Ukraine of August 12, 2005 440, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 17, 2005 at No. 902/11182, which are applied.

2. To provide to heads of department of legal support and Department of protection of the state secret and licensing of the Security Service of Ukraine submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

Changes in the Code of the data which are the state secret

1. In Item 5 of General provisions:

after the paragraph of the thirty ninth to add with the new paragraph the fortieth the following content:

"NSU - National guard of Ukraine.".

With respect thereto paragraphs of the fortieth - to consider the forty eighth respectively paragraphs the forty first - the forty ninth.

2. In Item 7 of General provisions:

after the paragraph of the forty second to add with the new paragraph forty third the following content:
