About measures for providing inspectors of taxes with payment terminals for implementation of taxation from physical persons
In pursuance of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of July 18, 2017 the Cabinet of Ministers decides UP-5116 "About Measures for Radical Enhancement of Tax Administration, Increase in Collecting of Taxes and Other Obligatory Payments":
1. Take into consideration that tax inspectors on the fixed sites carry out work on accounting of physical persons taxpayers on property and the land tax, and also the physical persons who are engaged in business activity and exercise control of timeliness of payment of receivable taxes by them.
2. Establish procedure according to which bodies of the State Tax Service of the Republic of Uzbekistan funds on account of tax payments from physical persons are levied through the multipurpose special payment programs adapted for work on electronic platform or payment terminals directly from bank plastic cards and in cash form.
3. To commercial banks:
till November 1, 2017 to allocate to the State Tax Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan modern multipurpose payment terminals in number of 2190 pieces for providing local inspectors of taxes;
within seven working days from the moment of receipt of requests of bodies of the State Tax Service of the Republic of Uzbekistan about allocation of payment terminals to provide them modern multipurpose payment terminals with the corresponding software, with carrying out with local inspectors of taxes of the corresponding explanatory work about procedure for use of payment terminals;
provide cash receipt, paid through the multipurpose special payment programs adapted for work on electronic platform or payment terminals, into the corresponding treasurer accounts on the income in the Government budget of the Republic of Uzbekistan no later than the next banking working day
