1. Make changes to the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of April 26, 2012 No. 583 "About procedure for representation by the responsible person of non-bank financial group of information of the National commission on securities and the stock market about existence, structure of property of non-bank financial group and about changes concerning structure of property and types of activity of members of non-bank financial group", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on May 17, 2012 No. 789/21102, having excluded in appendices 1 - 3 letters "L. S.

2. Bring in the Procedure for maintaining the register of auditing firms which can carry out audit inspections of professional participants of the security market, No. approved by the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of October 25, 2012 1519, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 28, 2012 at No. 2213/22525 (with changes), the following changes:

1) in Item 2 of the Section IV:

in subitems "v" - "є" "seal of auditing firm (in the presence)" to exclude words;

To exclude 2) in Item 1 of the Section V of the word "and seal of auditing firm (in the presence)";
