About modification of appendix No. 4 to Rules of provision by the federal government civil servant of one-time subsidy for acquisition of premises

Bring in appendix No. 4 to Rules of provision by the federal government civil servant of one-time subsidy for acquisition of premises approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of January 27, 2009 No. 63 "About provision by the federal government civil servant of one-time subsidy for acquisition of premises" (The Russian Federation Code, 2009, No. 6, Art. 739; No. 51, Art. 6328; 2016, No. 49, Art. 6902), following changes:

a) add Item 8 with subitems "z" and "i" of the following content:

"h) in the public authorities of subjects of the Russian Federation and other state bodies formed according to constitutions (charters) of subjects of the Russian Federation in the highest state authorities of autonomous republics, local state bodies (regional, regional councils of People's Deputies, Councils of People's Deputies of the autonomous region, autonomous areas, district, city, district in the cities, settlement and village councils of People's Deputies and their executive committees);

i) in local government bodies.";

b) add with Items 14 - 16 following contents:

"14. Positions of heads, specialists (including elective offices on permanent (regular) basis) who were replaced in the state bodies and local government bodies formed according to the Constitution of the Ukrainian SSR and (or) the Constitution of the Republic of Crimea, the citizens of the Russian Federation who were constantly living as of March 18, 2014 in the territory of the Republic of Crimea or in the territory of Sevastopol, from January 1, 1992 to December 31, 1993 inclusive.

15. Positions which were replaced according to the legislation existing in the territories of the Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol till February 21, 2014, the citizens of the Russian Federation specified in Item 14 of this list, from January 1, 1994 to March 17, 2014 inclusive including:

a) positions of deputies which were replaced on permanent (regular) basis;
