"1.2. To the statement for adoption of the child from among persons belonging to indigenous ethnic groups of the Russian Federation, by the citizens of the Russian Federation belonging to indigenous ethnic groups of the Russian Federation, leading nomadic and (or) semi-nomadic life and not taking place where they constantly or mainly live the documents specified in Items 1 - 5, 7 and 8 parts one of this Article, and also the documents confirming maintaining nomadic and (or) semi-nomadic conduct of life by these citizens, issued by local government body of the respective municipal district and the documents confirming their registration at the place of residence in one of the settlements (at the choice of these citizens) which are in the municipal district in which borders there pass routes of kocheviya of these citizens shall be enclosed to the address of local administration of the specified settlement taking into account the list of places of the traditional accommodation and traditional economic activity of indigenous ethnic groups of the Russian Federation approved by the Government of the Russian Federation.".
