About modification of some legal acts
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - In the Law on local public authority No. 436/2006 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, Art. No. 32-35, 116), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes:
1. In Item k) parts (Article 43 of the word "from among advisers" to exclude 1).
2. In part (Article 49 the word "Deputy" shall be replaced with words 4) "The chairman and the vice-chairman".
Art. II. - In item 4 of appendix to the Law on approval of the Standard regulations on education and functioning of local and regional councils No. 457/2003 (2003, Art. No. 248-253, 998) the words "from among advisers" to exclude the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
