According to Regulations on order of registration and accounting of permanent missions of nonresidents in Ukraine as taxpayers on profit, approved by the order of State Tax Administration of Ukraine of January 16, 1998 N 23 and registered by the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 3, 1998 for N 63/2503, and for the purpose of ensuring tax accounting of categories of those taxpayers which have no identification codes behind the Unified state register of the companies and organizations of Ukraine, I ORDER:

1. Approve the Procedure for assignment of registration (accounting) taxpayer numbers which is applied.

2. To the chief of Head department of AIS "Taxes" of legal entities Shevchenko S. S. - to give noted Procedure to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine for state registration.

To the head of department - in ten-day time after state registration of the Procedure for assignment of registration (accounting) taxpayer numbers to provide with Kovalenko V. V. cases its replication and posylaniye to State Tax Administrations of all levels.

3. Till 01.09.98 to Head department of AIS "Taxes" of legal entities, Head department of the State register of physical persons, Head department of tax police to prepare reasons and the work plan concerning modification АРМов and program complexes according to noted Procedure and to prepare estimates on financing of works according to the work plan which will carry out third parties.
