About the Procedure for provision of the one-time import permit on customs area of Ukraine of the unregistered products of medical appointment

In accomplishment of the Presidential decree of Ukraine of 24.07.2000 of N918 "About Regulations on the Ministry of Health of Ukraine", resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of 05.06.2000 N 917 "About approval of the Regulations on State department on control of quality, safety and production of medicines and products of medical appointment" I ORDER:

1. Approve the Procedure for provision of the one-time import permit on customs area of Ukraine of the unregistered products of medical appointment it (is applied).

2. In accordance with the established procedure in five-day time to submit this order on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. To the first deputy chairman of State department on control of quality, safety and production of medicines and products of medical appointment (further - State department) O. I. Yevtushenko to inform all interested ministries and departments on the Procedure for receipt of the one-time import permit on customs area of Ukraine of the unregistered products medical appointment, to provide printing in mass media.

4. Consider the order of the National agency on control of quality and safety of food, medicines and products of medical appointment of 30.06.99 N 012 "About approval of the Regulations on the state control of quality and safety of the unregistered medical equipment and products of medical appointment in case of their import to customs area of Ukraine and Regulations on the state control of quality and safety of the unregistered special foodstuff, nutritional supplements and dietary supplements in case of their import to customs area of Ukraine" invalid.
