About modification of the Procedure for attraction, use and monitoring of the international technical assistance

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the Procedure for attraction, use and monitoring of the international technical assistance approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 15, 2002 No. 153 "About creation of single system of attraction, use and monitoring of the international technical assistance" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2002, No. 8, Art. 340; 2007, No. 52, Art. 2106; 2011, No. 4, Art. 213, No. 99, Art. 3602; 2012, No. 52, Art. 2088; 2013, No. 68, Art. 2492; 2015, No. 64, Art. 2121; 2017, No. 24, the Art. 674, No. 76, the Art. 2328), changes which are applied.

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.

Changes which are made to the Procedure for attraction, use and monitoring of the international technical assistance

1. The paragraph one of Item 1 after words" (legal nonresident persons)" to add with words ", registration of representative office of donor organization in Ukraine".

2. In Item 2:

1) the paragraph two after words "which belongs" to add with the words "forming and/or";

2) to add Item after the paragraph of the ninth with the new paragraph of the following content:

"The representative office of donor organization is representative office of the foreign organization irrespective of its name (bureau, the agency, office, etc.) which purpose of activities is implementation of representation of interests of donor organization, coordination of the international technical assistance provided to Ukraine by such organization;".
