About introduction change and amendment in some legal acts

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - In the Law on pharmaceutical activities No. 1456/1993 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2005, Art. No. 59-61, 200), with subsequent changes and amendments to make the following change and addition:

1. In part (2) Article 15 of the word "Ministry of Health". shall be replaced with words "The agency on drugs and medical products.".

2. Add Article 16 with part (3/1) of the following content:

Art. II. - In the Law on health protection No. 411/1995 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1995, No. 34, of the Art. 373), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes:

1. In part (2) Article 1 of the word of "sanitary and hygienic and anti-epidemic regulations and rules" shall be replaced with words "regulations and rules of public health".

2. In part (3) Article 4 word "epidemiological", to exclude.

3. In part (2) Article 5 of the word", sanitary and epidemiologic" to exclude, and the words "centers of hygiene and epidemiology" shall be replaced with words "the centers of public health".

Art. III. - In the Law on drugs No. 1409/1997 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1998, Art. No. 52-53, 368), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes:

1. Item c) parts (Article 6 to declare 4) invalid.
