About modification and amendments in some legal acts

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. – In the Law on reserve of Armed forces No. 1244/2002 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2002, Art. No. 124-125, 989), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes and addition:

1. Part (Article 5 to state 3) in the following edition:

"(3) On age sign the reserve of Armed forces is subdivided on:

a) reserve of the I category in which reservists stay before achievement of age:

– 55 years – for ordinary, sergeant and subofficer structures;

– 60 years – for younger and senior officers;

– 65 years – for the highest officers;

b) reserve of the II category in which reservists stay:

– of 55 years before achievement of age of 60 years – for ordinary, sergeant and subofficer structures;

– of 60 years before achievement of age of 65 years – for younger and senior officer structures;

– of 65 years before achievement of age of 70 years – for the highest officers.".

2. In part (1) Article 14 "temporary" to exclude the word.

3. In Article 15:

part (Article 15 to state 2) in the following edition:

"(2) Terms of finding of reservists in military ranks for assignment of the next military rank are established:

a) for subofficers of reserve in military rank:

– plutonyer of reserve – 6 years;

– the senior plutonyer of reserve – 7 years;

b) for officers of reserve in military rank:

– the lieutenant of reserve – 4 years;

– the senior lieutenant of reserve – 5 years;

– the captain of reserve – 5 years;

– the major of reserve – 6 years;

– the lieutenant colonel of reserve – 7 years.";

in Item and) word "head of territorial military administrative authority;" shall be replaced with words "the head of the central military administrative authority;";

in Item b) words "head central military администра­тивного body;" shall be replaced with words "the chief of General staff Natsioyonalna of army;";
