1. Recognize invalid Items 1 and 2 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 19, 2011 as No. 86 "About procedure for position assignment, termination of powers and dismissal of akims of the cities of regional value and districts of areas, areas in the cities of regional value, areas in the city of republican value and the capital" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2011, No. 39, the Art. 472).

2. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its signing.
