For the purpose of establishment of rules of customs control and customs clearance of objects of diplomatic representations, consular establishments, representative offices of the international organizations, and also their personnel and members of families of personnel which use in the territory of Ukraine customs privileges according to Articles 35, 36 Vienna conventions on representative office of the states in their relations with the international organizations of universal nature (1975), Articles 36, 37 Vienna conventions on the diplomatic intercourses (1961), Articles 50, 62 Vienna conventions on the consular intercourses (1963), Articles 59 - 67, 71 Customs code of Ukraine,
I ORDER:
1. Approve Rules of customs control and customs clearance of objects of diplomatic representations, consular establishments, representative offices of the international organizations, and also their personnel and members of the families of personnel using in the territory of Ukraine customs privileges (further - Rules) which are attached.
2. (Melnik M. V.) to provide to management of the organization of customs control (Tereshchenko S. S.), Legal department provision of this order on registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. To administration (Karpenko V. P.) after registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine to provide replication and mailing of this order to customs authorities.
