1. Determine that customs and other payments which are made to / or during customs clearance are transferred to settlement and cash servicing through bodies of the State Treasury.
2. To the Ministry of Finance:
together with the State Customs Service to develop till December 1, 2005 procedure for settlement and cash servicing of the payments specified in Item 1 of this resolution through bodies of the State Treasury;
transfer from February 1, 2006 to settlement and cash servicing through bodies of the State Treasury customs and other payments which are made to / or during customs clearance which is performed by the Kiev regional customs, and to inform on results till March 31, 2006. Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine;
approve till January 1, 2006 the schedule of step-by-step transfer into settlement and cash servicing through bodies of the State Treasury of customs and other payments which are made to / or during customs clearance which is performed by all customs authorities.
