the direction of this decision on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;
promulgation of this decision according to the legislation of Ukraine.
3. The decision becomes effective according to the legislation of Ukraine.
4. Control over the implementation of this decision to assign to the Chief of staff of the Commission M. Nepran.
