About modification and amendments in article 16 of the Law on temporary disability benefits and other benefits of social insurance No. 289/2004

In article 16 of the Law on temporary disability benefits and other benefits of social insurance No. 289/2004 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2004, Art. No. 168-170, 773), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following change and addition:
part (to recognize 5) invalid;
add Article with part (6) the following content:
"(6) the Wife who is on content at the insured husband has entitlement to benefit on motherhood, if for date of provision of maternity leave it is not employed that is confirmed by the service record or the written declaration under the personal liability that it has no insured income and is not insured person on the corresponding risk.".
