About modification and amendments in some legal acts
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - In the Law on approval of the Regulations on the National center for personal data protection, structures, the extreme number and procedure for financing of the National center for personal data protection No. 182/2008 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, Art. No. 140-142, 578), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes and additions:
1. In Item c) parts (1) Article 1 of the word "21 units." shall be replaced with words "45 units from which personnel of maintenance - 1 unit.".
2. To state Item 2 of the Section III of appendix 1 to the Regulations on the National center for personal data protection in the following edition:
"2. Depending on competence of division of the Center perform activities based on the domestic situations approved by the director according to provisions of the Marine life protection act of personal data No. 133/2011 and other regulations.".
3. State appendix 2 in the following edition:
"Appendix 2
Structure of the National center for personal data protection
Management (director, deputy director) Head department of supervision and compliance Legal management
Management of external relations and European integration Financial and economic service
Service on informing, bonds with mass media and the Service of Personnel E-transformation
Service of documentation and Service of Internal Audit archive".
Art. II. - In the Section "National Center for Personal Data Protection" of appendix 3 to the Law on wages system in the budget sphere No. 355/2005 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2006, Art. No. 35-38, 148), with subsequent changes and amendments, to replace figures "7000" and "6500" respectively with figures "8300" and "7500".
