About introduction of amendments to some Resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic in connection with application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic of March 15, 2016 No. 176-VQ "About licenses and permissions"

2. Make the following changes to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic of September 30, 2004 No. 147 "About approval of some regulatory legal acts connected with hunting in the Azerbaijan Republic" (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2004, No. 9, Article 759, No. 12, Article 1079; 2005, No. 6, Article 535; 2007, No. 10, Article 1013; 2008, No. 2, Article 132; 2015, No. 4, Article 472):

2.1. exclude the word "special" from subitem 4.4.2 "Forms, registration of the hunting ticket and the procedure for issue to persons wishing to be engaged in hunting activities", approved by the specified resolution;

2.2. exclude the word "special" from the seventh paragraph of Item 2.3 and subitem 2.5.2 of the "Approval procedure on hunting" approved by the specified resolution;
