About modification of the Procedure for the admission of persons to passing qualification examination and holding qualification examination by the Highest qualification commission of notariate

1. Bring in the Procedure for the admission of persons to passing qualification examination and holding qualification examination by the Highest qualification commission of notariate approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of July 28, 2011 No. 1905/5, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 28, 2011 at No. 926/19664 (with changes), the following changes:

Item 3 to exclude 1).

With respect thereto to consider Items 4-53 respectively Items 3-52;

The word "forty" to replace 2) in Item 3 with the word "thirty";

Shall be replaced with words 3) in Item 13 of the word "five days" "three days";

In paragraph one of Item 16 of the word "five days" shall be replaced with words 4) "three days";

Item 22 to state 5) in the following edition:
