About approval of Changes in Regulations on procedure for determination of agent banks of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits

1. Approve Changes in the Regulations on procedure for determination of agent banks of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits approved by the decision of executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits of July 12, 2012 No. 6, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 4, 2012 at No. 1494/21806, which are applied.

2. Selection of agent banks according to requirements of the Regulations on procedure for determination of agent banks of Fund of the guaranteeing household deposits approved by the decision of executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits of July 12, 2012 No. 6, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 4, 2012 at No. 1494/21806, taking into account the Changes approved by this decision is carried out to two-month time from the date of entry into force of this decision.

3. Agent banks which are not included in the list of agent banks by results of selection, this decision passed according to Item 2 lose the status of agent bank.

4. To provide to department of strategy and normative and methodological providing together with legal department submission of this decision to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine for state registration.

5. This decision becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
