According to the subitem "v" of Item 17 of the Regulations on state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries, other executive bodies approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 28, 1992 No. 731, I order:

1. Cancel the solution on state registration of the order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine of March 29, 2017 No. 339 "About approval of the State sanitary standards and the rules "About Safety and Protection of Workers against Harmful Effects of Asbestos and the Materials and Products Containing Asbestos", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 9, 2017 at No. 702/30570.

2. To the director of the department of registration and systematization of the legal acts Iron ore N. And. provide execution of this order.
