About approval of changes in some regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine

According to Articles 7, of 15, of 40, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", to the Law of Ukraine "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning use of seals by legal entities and physical persons entrepreneurs", and also for the purpose of enhancement of procedure for opening, use, attraction of financial resources into customer accounts of banks and implementation of clearing settlements the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve Changes in:

1) the Instruction about procedure for opening, use and closing of accounts in national and foreign currencies, approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of November 12, 2003 No. 492, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 17, 2003 for No. 1172/8493 (with changes) which are applied;

2) the Regulations on procedure banks of Ukraine of supplementary (deposit) transactions with legal entities and physical persons approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of December 03, 2003 No. 516, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 29, 2003 for No. 1256/8577 (with changes) which are applied;

3) the Instruction about clearing settlements in Ukraine in national currency approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of January 21, 2004 No. 22, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 29, 2004 for No. 377/8976 (with changes) which are applied.

2. To department of payment systems and innovative development (Vasilev O. V.) after official publication to inform banks of Ukraine information on adoption of this resolution for use in work.
