1.1. In Item 1.1 of the word "Item 2.3" shall be replaced with words "Items 2.3 and 2.6".
1.2. To state paragraph two of Item 1.13 in the following edition:
"concerning segments of credit requirements and (or) structural divisions of bank which are insignificant from the point of view of their size and risk level, or in case of the small number of borrowers which is not allowing to create the model of quantitative assessment of credit risk meeting requirements of the Section IV of this provision;".
1.3. Add Item 1.14 with the offer of the following content: "Use of PPVR in respect of subclass of financing of real estate objects from non-residential fund with unstable price parameters is possible on condition of simultaneous use of PPVR in respect of subclass of financing of the revenue-producing real estate.".
1.4. State Item 1.16 in the following edition:
"1.16. Transition to the standardized approach to calculation of size of credit risk for classes (segments) of credit requirements concerning which the bank gets permission to application of TAC and also transition from PPVR to BPVR is possible only after receipt of permission of the Bank of Russia.".
