About modification and amendments in some legal acts

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - In appendix 2 to the Law on wages system of government employees No. 48/2012 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2012, No. 63, of the Art. 213), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes and addition:

in the Section "Prosecutor General's Office, the Supreme Council of Prosecutors":

state the name in the following edition:

"The supreme council of prosecutors, Prosecutor General's Office and specialized prosecutor's offices";

after line item "A04 the Deputy chief of the office of the Supreme council of prosecutors" to add the Section with the following line items:

in the name of the Section "Territorial and Specialized Prosecutor's Offices" of the word "and specialized" to exclude.

Art. II. - In the Law on Prosecutor's office No. 3/2016 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, Art. No. 69-77, 113), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes:

1. In Article 13:

part (to state 1) in the following edition:

"(1) Procedural hierarchy of prosecutors and power of the higher prosecutor are established by provisions of the Criminal Procedure Code.";

part (to recognize 2) invalid.

2. Part (Article 71 to state 3) in the following edition:

"(3) Conditions and payment procedure of work of the chairman of the Supreme council of prosecutors are established by the Law on compensation of judges and prosecutors No. 328/2013.".
