About modification and amendments in the Code of the Republic of Moldova about education

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - In the Code of the Republic of Moldova about education No. 152 of July 17, 2014 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2014, Art. No. 319-324, 634) with subsequent changes, to make the following changes and additions:

1. To add article 3 after the concept "criteria estimation" with the concept "professional examination of bachelor degree" of the following content:

"professional examination of bachelor degree - estimation of general and professional powers of pupils upon completion of training, in organizations of postsecondary and postsecondary not tertiary vocational training in the procedure established by the Ministry of Public Education;";

2. Part (Article 53 to add 7) with Item f) the following content:

"f) assistant to the tutor.";

3. In Article 63:

in Item c) parts (the word "choreography" shall be replaced with words 2) "to specialties choreography and the assistant to the tutor";

a) 4-5 years - for the integrated programs, based on gymnasia education;

"(6) Programs of postaverage vocational training come to the end with obligatory delivery in the procedure for professional examination of bachelor degree, qualification examination established by the Ministry of Public Education and/or protection of the thesis, and also voluntary surrender of national examination of bachelor degree.
