About introduction of amendments to the Law on wages system in the budget sphere No. 355/2005

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - In the Law on wages system in the budget sphere No. 355/2005 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2006, Art. No. 35-38, 148), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes and additions:

1. In Article 24:

in part (1) word of "faculty", shall be replaced with words "scientific and pedagogical personnel,";

part (2/1) to state in the following edition:

"(2/1) Compensation of pedagogical personnel and scientific and pedagogical personnel in system of general, professional and higher education, including holding executive positions, is performed on the basis of the official pay rates established according to appendix 11.".

2. In part (2) Article 26 the word "douniversitetsky" shall be replaced with words "general and professional".

3. In part (4) Article 29 of the word "to persons from among professorial structure," shall be replaced with words "to scientific and pedagogical personnel in system of the higher education,".

4. In all text of Article 34 of the word of "special means" shall be replaced with words "the collected income".

5. To add Item 5 of the Section II of appendix 1 to the law after the words "social assistants" with words ", including holding executive position,".

6. In appendix 11:
