About modification and amendments in some legal acts
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - In the Law on the state position and the status of the government employee No. 158/2008 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, Art. No. 230-232, 840), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes and additions:
1. Changes in Item b) parts (1) Article 9 concern only the text in state language.
2. In parts (2) and (Article 12 of the word of "personnel service" shall be replaced with words 3) "personnel division".
3. Part (Article 19 to add 1) with the offer:
"The head of body of the public power from written consent or according to the written application of the government employee can establish the individual working schedule using the flexible mode of working hours and with observance of duration of business week at 40 o'clock.".
4. Part (Article 29 to state 3) in the following edition:
"(3) Conditions of carrying out tender are published on the government portal of the state positions for which substitution by bodies of the public power will organize competition, on the official web page of the body of the public power initiating tender and also are hung out on bulletin board in this body, on the visible and public place, at least in 20 calendar days prior to day of carrying out tender. Bodies of the public power can also publish conditions of carrying out tender on substitution of the state position in periodicals or in other mass media.".
5. Part (3) Article 31 after words "having special status", to add with the words "if at least six months worked in the specified positions".
6. Item b) parts (1-1) Articles 41 to state in the following edition:
"b) concerning the government employee suspension according to part (1) Articles 38, Items c) - е) Article 52 or Item b) parts was effective (1) Article 54;".
7. In Article 42:
