About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine of rather single questions of passing of public service

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following laws of Ukraine:

1. In the Law of Ukraine "About local public administrations" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1999, No. 20-21, of Art. 190 with subsequent changes):

2 parts two of Article 9 of the word "on the bases, stipulated by the legislation about public service" to exclude 1) in Item;

Article 11 to add 2) with part four of the following content:

"Heads of structural divisions of local public administrations with the status of legal entities of the public law perform the powers of the head of public service determined by the Law of Ukraine "About public service" in these structural divisions";

To exclude 3) in item 4 of part one of Article 39 of the word "and heads of structural divisions of offices of local public administrations";

4) in Article 44:

the second to add part with the words "according to the procedure, stipulated by the legislation about public service";

2. In the Law of Ukraine "About the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2014, No. 13, Art. 222; 2016, No. 4, Art. 43):

Part the fifth Article 6 to add 1) with the offer of the following content: "Regulations on the corresponding ministers affirm the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine";

2) in Article 42 part one:
