In the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About mortgage" (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2005, No. 6, Article 461; 2007, No. 5, Article 436, No. 11, Article 1053; 2008, No. 5, Article 348; 2009, No. 12, Article 948; 2011, No. 7, Article 591) to make the following changes:
1. In Articles 12.2 and 12.3 shall be replaced with words the word "registration" "state registration".
2. In Article 16.1 of the word "registration, re-registration, additional registration" shall be replaced with words "state registration and additional state registration".
3. In the name of Article 14, Articles 14.1-14. 16.3, 19.2 and 28.2 the words "additional registration" in the corresponding cases shall be replaced with words 5, "additional state registration" in the corresponding cases.
